| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na společnost fungující v oblasti služeb. Jedná
se o stavební a developerskou společnost. Je to specifická oblast, která je na jednu stranu velmi finančně slibná z hlediska možného zisku (pokud vezmeme v úvahu rozsah zakázek a ceny těchto zakázek), ale na druhou stranu může být i ztrátová, pokud během této činnosti se dopouští chyb v řízení.Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat, ve kterých oblastech a procesech se firma dopouští největších odchylek skutečného zisku od plánovaného a proč počet zákazníků, výkony a zisk nemají přímou souvislost. Dílčím cílem je zjistit,
jak je závislý zisk na počtu zákazníků a výkonech. V práci je provedena finanční analýza společnosti pro zjištění příčin výkyvu čistého zisku a analýza závislosti čistého zisku na výkonech a počtu zákazníků společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on a company operating in the field of services.
It is a building and real estate development. This is a specific area that is very promising (taking into account the size of the contracts and the price of those orders), but on the other hand, it can also be lost if there are mistakes in the process.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to examine in which areas and processes
the company makes the greatest deviation of the actual profit from the planned,
and why the number of customers, performances and profit are not directly related. The partial goal is to find out how the earnings depend on the number of customers and performance.The company's financial analysis the causes of the net profit fluctuation
and the analysis of the net profit dependence on the outputs and the number
of the company's customers. |
