| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zpoplatnění silniční a dálniční infrastruktury pro nákladní automobily, primárně ve Velké Británii. Na základě teoretické části, ve které jsou popsány moţnosti zpoplatnění dopravní infrastruktury, aktuálně vyuţívané techno-logie pro elektronický výběr poplatků a postoj Evropské unie včetně jednotlivých států, je zpracována praktická část, která se zaměřuje na britský systém zpoplatnění. V této části jsou podrobněji rozebrány poplatky, které musí dopravci hradit na území Velké Británie. Zároveň jsou zmíněny také moţnosti úhrady poplatků. V posledních kapito-lách se práce věnuje interoperabilitě a zhodnocení mýtného systému tohoto státu. |

| Abstract: | This Master´s Thesis is focused on charging road and motorway infrastructure for Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV), primarily in Great Britain. Based on the theoretical part which describes the charging options for road infrastructure, technologies used for electronic fee collection and the attitude of the European Union including individual countries, there is devised the practical part which is focusing on the charging system in Great Britain. This part includes charges for carriers which must be paid on territory of the Great Britain and the possibilities of payments. The last chapters are focused on the interoperability and assessment of the British toll system. |
