| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rizika kamionové dopravy, která mohou během přeprav zboží nastat. Teoretická práce popisuje obecnou charakteristiku mezinárodní kamionové dopravy se zacílením na české dopravce, sdružení, která podporují české dopravce a úpravu podnikání v České republice. V neposlední řadě se zaměřuje na mezinárodní úmluvy a dohody. Praktická část se již zabývá samotnými riziky kamionové dopravy a způsoby, které čeští dopravci využívají k prevenci a eliminaci rizik. Práce se zabývá riziky jako je poškození a ztráta zásilky, a především současnými riziky, kterými jsou fantomoví dopravci, uprchlická krize v Evropě, restriktivní opatření států, nedostatek parkovacích ploch a problémy dopravců kvůli nedostatku řidičů. V poslední kapitole je popsána úloha pojištění a limitů dopravce v souvislosti se zmíněnými riziky. Cílem práce je identifikovat rizika a najít možná řešení na jejich částečnou nebo úplnou eliminaci. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with risks of international truck transport, which can arise during the transportation of goods. The theoretical part brings detailed information on general characteristic of the international truck transport for Czech carriers, supporting associations and the legislation of transport business. It also explains the importance of international conventions and agreements. The practical part focuses on the risks of truck transport and methods for prevention and elimination of the risks. There are described and analyzed risks lost and damage of the transported goods, fake carriers, refugee crisis in Europe, restrictive measures of selected countries, lack of parking areas and problems of the companies because of the shortage of truck drivers. Last chapter is about the role of insurance and limits for the responsibility for damage. The goal of the thesis is to identify the risks and find the possible solutions for their reduction or elimination. |
