| Abstract: | Analýza nákladů a přínosů je častou metodou využívanou pro hodnocení efektivnosti filmových pobídek a nachází své využití zejména ve veřejném sektoru. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje nejprve na definici a různé formy poskytovaných pobídek, pokračuje prezentací metody nákladů a přínosů a v závěru jsou představeny alternativní metody hodnocení pobídek a jejich vzájemné rozdíly. Zjištěním je, že i když v praxi zůstává častokrát základní struktura metody nákladů a přínosů nezměněna, existuje velká variabilita proměnných, které se do hodnocení zahrnují. |

| Abstract: | Cost-Benefit Analysis is a common method used in the public sector to assess the effectiveness of film incentives. This bachelor thesis focuses first on the definition and the various forms of incentives provided, then presents the cost-benefit method and in the end, alternative methods of evaluation of incentives and their mutual differences are presented. The finding is that, although in practice the basic structure of the cost-benefit method remains very often unchanged, there is a large diversity of the variables that are included in the evaluation. |
