| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se ve své první části zabývá systémem vzdělávání v České republice a aktuálními informacemi o počtech škol a žáků v jednotlivých stupních vzdělávání. V druhé polovině pak analyzuje financování školství, a to od podílu HDP připadajícího na školství až po financování jednotlivých typů škol. Zjištěné kolísání počtu žáků a kritizované mezikrajské rozdíly v prostředcích přidělovaných školám vedly k reformě, která mění stávající systém financování „na žáka“ a zavádí systém zcela nový. Ten je postaven na školství jako dostupné službě bez tlaku na náklady. |

| Abstract: | In its first part, master thesis deals with the education system in the Czech Republic with up-to-date information on the numbers of schools and students in the various levels of education. In the second half, it analyses the funding of education, from the share of GDP spent on education to the financing of individual types of schools. The identified fluctuations in the number of students and the criticized inter-regional differences in the resources allocated to schools have led to a reform that changes the existing "per student" funding system and introduces the system entirely new. It is built on education as a reachable service without cost pressure. |
