| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti AMPO s. r. o. Tato společnost se zabývá prodejem strojírenských komponentů, které umožňují stavbu strojů stavebnicovou formou, v sídle firmy provádí montáž a kompletace převodovek a zajišťuje demontáž a diagnostiku poškozených produktů s následnou opravou. Diplomová práce se skládá z několika částí. Nejprve byla společnost zanalyzována z finančního hlediska. Společnost byla také porovnána s konkurenčními společnostmi. Následně byla provedena strategická analýza, jejímž vyústěním bylo naplánování tržeb. Po sestavení finančního plánu pro období 2016-2021 byla stanovena diskontní míra pro diskontování peněžních toků a následně byl podnik oceněn. Pro ocenění byly použity dvě metody ocenění: výnosová metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků a multiplikační metoda. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Master’s thesis is the valuation of the company AMPO s. r. o. This company sales components for machineries and their equipment, performs assembling and assembly of gearboxes and it also ensures dismantling and diagnostics of damaged products with subsequent repairs. The Master’s thesis consists of several parts. Firstly, the company was analysed from financial point of view. The company was also compared with competing companies. Subsequently, a strategic analysis was carried out and was followed by the planning of sales. After creating the financial plan for the period 2016-2021, a discount rate was set for the purpose to discount the cash flow. At the end of the thesis, the company was valued using 2 methods of valuation: discounted cash flow method and multiplier method. |
