| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem právních úprav reklamní legislativy v České republice a Ruské federaci. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli současná právní úprava reklamy vyhovuje stávající faktické situaci v reklamní praxi v obou zemích. Hlavním z úkolů praktické části práce je zhodnocení a srovnání silných a slabých stránek právních úprav a získání odpovědi na otázku, která úprava reklamního práva je relativně efektivnější z hlediska ochrany spotřebitele i jistoty podnikatele. |

| Abstract: | This master‘s thesis focuses on the analysis of legal regulations of advertising legislation in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the current advertising law complies with the current factual situation in advertising practice in both countries. The main task of the practical part is to evaluate and compare the strengths and weaknesses of legal regulations and to get an answer to the question of which regulation of advertising law is relatively more effective in terms of consumer protection and entrepreneur security. |
