| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je financování malých a středních podniků se zaměřením na problematiku zdrojů financování a finančního plánování. První kapitola se zabývá detailním vymezením specifik malých a středních podniků a vývojem segmentu malých a středních podniků v České republice. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na charakteristiku obecných způsobů financování podnikatelské činnosti. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části je věnována charakteristice finančního plánování malých a středních podniků, včetně jeho účelů a nástrojů. Dále následuje praktická část, v níž se provádí finanční analýza vybrané společnosti s následujícím zhodnocením její finanční pozice a návrhem možných opatření na její zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises with a focus on the sources of financing and on the financial planning of the SME. The first chapter deals with the detailed definition of small and medium-sized enterprises and their development in the Czech Republic. The second chapter is focused on the characteristics of the general methods of financing of business activities. The final chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the financial planning of small and medium-sized enterprises, including its purposes and tools. It is followed by a practical part, in which the financial analysis of the selected company is performed with the following assessment of its financial position and the proposal of possible measures on its improvement. |
