| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení finanční situace stavebního podniku pomocí metod finanční analýzy a následná komparace výsledků metodami mezipodnikového srovnání. Teoretická část práce poskytuje základní informace o finanční analýze, popisuje metody finanční analýzy a metody mezipodnikového srovnání. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na aplikaci teoretických poznatků v analyzovaném podniku. Pro zvýšení vypovídací schopnosti ukazatelů jsou jednotlivé výsledky porovnány s konkurencí prostřednictvím metod mezipodnikového srovnání. Závěr práce obsahuje souhrn zjištěných výsledků, zhodnocení cílů práce a návrh doporučení pro zlepšení finančí situace analyzovaného podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to assess the financial situation of a construction company using the methods of financial analysis and subsequent comparison of the results of the methods of intercompany comparison. The theoretical part of the work will provide basic information about financial analysis, describe financial analysis methods and describe intercompany comparison methods. The practical part of the work is focused on the application of theoretical findings in the analysed company. In order to increase the reflective ability of indicators, the individual results are compared with the competition using inter-company comparison methods. The conclusion of the work contains a summary of the determined results, evaluation of the objectives of the thesis and recommendations for improvement of the analysed company's financial situation. |
