| Abstract: | Diplomová práce analyzuje privátní bankovnictví zejména v podmínkách České republiky. Úvodní kapitola se zabývá zařazením privátního bankovnictví v rámci komerčního bankovnictví jako celku. Následně se práce zaměřuje na právní úpravu oblasti privátního bankovnictví, na osobu privátního bankéře a vymezení privátního investora včetně přehledu produktů a služeb privátního bankovnictví. Závěrečná část práce je soustředěna na vybranou privátní banku a jejímu přístupu k privátnímu bankovnictví včetně vlastního návrhu na zlepšení těchto služeb v podobě SWOT analýzy. Závěrečná část práce se taktéž zabývá sestavením portfolia produktů a služeb pro fiktivního klienta s předpokládaným vývojem privátního bankovnictví v blízké budoucnosti. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of private banking, especially in the conditions of the Czech Republic. The introductory chapter deals with the inclusion of private banking in the context of commercial banking as a whole.. Subsequently, the thesis concentrates on the legal regulation of private banking, the private banker, and the definition of a private investor, including an overview of private banking products and services. The final part of the thesis is focused on a particular private bank, and how it approaches private banking, which is complemented by its own proposal for improvement of these services in the form of SWOT analysis. The final part of the thesis also deals with the compilation of a portfolio of products and services for a fictious client, together with an opinion on the expected development of private banking in the near future. |
