| Abstract: | V České republice se v posledních letech rozmáhá trend malých pivovarů, které obnovují tradiční způsoby výroby piva. Cílem této práce je identifikovat kritické faktory úspěchu, jež jsou spjaté s tímto podnikání a poskytnout rady podnikatelům, kteří jsou v tomto odvětví činní či teprve zvažují vstup do tohoto oboru. Teoretická část se zaobírá problematikou malého a středního podnikání a minipivovarů samotných. Jsou zde představeny trendy v oblasti pivovarnictví a popsán rozvoj malých pivovarů nejenom u nás ale i v ostatních zemí, kde je jejich rozvoj přítomný. Následuje výzkumná část, která byla provedena formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s představiteli sedmi českých minipivovarů a restauračních pivovarů. V závěru jsou představeny identifikované kritické faktory úspěchu, tak jak je vidí samotní podnikatelé. |

| Abstract: | In the last few years a trend of microbreweries that are restoring traditional ways of beer production has been evolving in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to identify critical success factors that are typical for this kind of business and to provide an advice for entrepreneurs that are already active or planning to enter this field of business. Theoretical part tackles topics such as small and middle enterprises and microbreweries. Microbreweries development and main trends in brewing are presented within this part as well. A practical part of the thesis contains interviews with representatives of seven investigated microbreweries. In the end the identified success factors are presented. |
