| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením pojmu investiční fond a dalšími souvisejícími pojmy, popisem konkrétních právních forem investičních fondů a jejich odlišením od obecných právních forem obchodních korporací. Zvláštní důraz je zde kladen na právní úpravu akciové společnosti s proměnným základním kapitálem, jejíž význam v oblasti investičních fondů roste nejen v České republice. Akciová společnost s proměnným základním kapitálem je porovnávána s dalšími dvěma užívanými právními formami investičních fondů v českém právním řádu, konkrétně s podílovým fondem a akciovou společností. Dále je v této práci porovnávána česká právní úprava akciové společnosti s proměnným základním kapitálem s právní úpravou této formy v Lucembursku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis concerns the definition of the investment fund and the other related terms, description of the specific legal forms of the investment funds and their differentiation from the common legal forms of the business corporations. Greater emphasis is placed on the legislation of SICAV, whose significance in the field of investment funds is increasing not only in the Czech Republic. SICAV is compared with the other two used legal forms of the investment fund in the Czech Republic, the mutual fund and the public limited company in particular. Furthermore, Czech SICAV is also compared with the SICAV in Luxembourg. |
