| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast prostředí čekáren ve zdravotnictví, konkrétně v samostatnýchambulantních zařízeních.Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a navrhnout technologickou podporu čekáren (předevšímz pohledu IS/ICT) a definovat sadu doporučení, která by měla být brána v potaz při zařizováníčekáren. K dosažení cíle je použita mnohá tuzemská i zahraniční literatura a pro vytváření návrhu jerovněž využito kvalitativního výzkumu.Nejprve je představena situace ve zdravotnictví v EU, následně je vymezena psychologie, legislativaa zainteresované strany v oblasti čekáren. V druhé polovině práce je navržena IS/ICT technologickápodpora dle požadavků lékařů, sester a pacientů. Na základě návrhu je vytvořena sada doporučenípro sestavení navržené IS/ICT technologické podpory. Návrh IS/ICT technologické podpory asouvisející doporučení pro zařizování čekáren jsou závěrem validovány lékařem.Práce by měla usnadnit celkový pohled na čekárny v samostatných ambulantních zařízeních a pomocilékařům a sestrám při jejím zařizování. Práce přináší přínos i pacientům, jelikož čekárna zařízená zapomoci definované sady doporučení by měla na pacienty působit lepším dojmem. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis is focused on the area of waiting rooms in healthcare, namely in separate ambulatoryfacilities.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse and design a technological support for waiting rooms(especially from the IS/ICT perspective) and to define a set of recommendations that should beconsidered when arranging a waiting room. To achieve the goal, several domestic and foreignliterature is used, and qualitative research is also used for creating the design.First, the current situation in healthcare in the EU is presented, then psychology, legislation andstakeholders regarding waiting rooms are subsequently defined. Next, IS/ICT technological supportbased on requirements of doctors, nurses and patients is designed in the second half of the thesis.Based on the draft, a set of recommendations for assembling the IS/ICT technological support iscreated. Assembled IS/ICT technological support and related recommendations for arranging waitingrooms are finally validated by a doctor.The thesis should simplify an overall view on waiting rooms in separate outpatient facilities andassist both physicians and nurses in arranging the rooms. The thesis is additionally beneficial forpatients, as a waiting room with a defined set of recommendations should make a better impressionon patients. |
