| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá studií proveditelnosti otevření podnikové prodejny. Cílem práce je najít odpovědi na výzkumné dotazy, zda je otevření podnikové prodejny pro společnost výhodné, efektivní a je-li projekt z dlouhodobého hlediska udržitelný. První část je zpracována jako literární rešerše a komparace zdrojů teoretických informací popisující co studie proveditelnosti je a jaké by měly být její náležitosti. Následuje metodická část s popisem cíle práce a způsobu, kterým bude cíl naplněn. Metodická část popisuje vědeckou metodu, vyjasňuje postup a upozorňuje na omezení. Praktická část se věnuje analýze trhu, konkurenci a marketingové strategii a hlavně zkoumá nejen finanční zdraví podniku zadávající projekt, ale i finanční plán samotného projektu a hodnotí jeho výhodnost. V závěru je projekt posouzen a s posouzením jsou zodpovězeny i výzkumné dotazy. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the feasibility study of the opening of the company's shop. The aim of the thesis is to find answers to research questions whether the opening of the company's shop is for the company profitable, effective and if the project is sustainable in a long-term view. The first part is processed as a literary research and a comparison of sources of theoretical information describing what feasibility study is and what its requirements should be. This is followed by a methodical part describing the aim of the thesis and the way the goal will be accomplished. The methodological part describes the scientific method, clarifies the process and point out the limitations. The practical part deals with market analysis, competition and marketing strategy and mainly examines not only the financial health of the company awarding the project, but also the financial plan of the project itself and evaluates its profitability. In conclusion the project is assessed and with the assessment the research questions are answered. |
