| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je představení Hospodářské komory ČR, jakožto jediného zákonného zástupce podnikatelů v České republice, s důrazem na její proexportní aktivity. Nejprve bude popsána struktura orgánů komory, včetně jejich kompetencí a také bude vysvětlena problematika regionálních hospodářských komor. Hospodářská komora se podílí či spolupracuje s jinými institucemi na mnoha projektech, které mají obecně za cíl zlepšení podnikatelského prostředí a pomoci tak tuzemským podnikatelům v rozvoji. Podrobnějšímu popisu vybraných projektů se bude věnovat druhá část práce. Největší důraz bude kladen na aktivity komory, pomocí kterých se snaží podporovat export českých firem. Jedná se zejména o pořádání zahraničních podnikatelských misí, poskytování odborného poradenství či vystavování dokumentů potřebných v mezinárodním obchodě. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to introduce the Czech Chamber of Commerce as it is the only legal representative of entrepreneurs within the Czech Republic and accentuate its export-oriented activities. Firstly, the structure of bodies pertained to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and their competences will be identified. Additionally, the issue of the regional chambers will be examined. The Czech Chamber of Commerce shares its competences or cooperates with other institutions on many projects, which, in general, should improve the business environment and thrive the development of the Czech companies. The second chapter of this thesis will be dedicated to a detailed description of selected projects. The greatest emphasis will be on the range of export-oriented activities that enhance the exportation flows of the local Czech companies. These activities include primarily organizing the foreign business missions, provision of professional consultancy or issuing export-related legal documents required within the international business. |
