| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou predikce personálních nákladů společnosti. V práci je uveden teoretický základ dané problematiky lidských zdrojů a dále praktické zpracování nástroje pro predikci personálních nákladů. Pro tvorbu nástroje je využito prostředí MS Office a programovací jazyk Visual Basic for Application, pomocí kterého je dosaženo automatizace procesů vedoucích k výpočtu predikce personálních nákladů. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis describes the topic of personnel expenses forecast. The thesis includes theoretical scope of given field and development of a tool for personnel expenses calculation. The tool is based on the environment of MS Office and the programming language Visual Basic for Application, which is used to automate forecast calculations processes. |
