| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje vstupu německé společnosti Vapiano na český trh. Cílem práce je analýza prostředí restauračního průmyslu v České repulice a zhodnocení uplatňovaných marketingových nástrojů společnosti Vapiano. Součástí práce jsou analýza, stanovení cílů, strategie, implementace a kontrolních mechanismů. Tato téma jsou v práci zpracována teoreticky a následně prakticky aplikována na společnost Vapiano. Závěr každé kapitoly tvoří návrh vlastního řešení pro danou problematiku. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the entry of the German company Vapiano into the Czech market. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the environment of the restaurant industry in the Czech republic and to evaluate the applied marketing tools of Vapiano. Part of the thesis is analysis, setting of goals, strategy, implementation and control mechanisms. These topics are theoretically elaborated and subsequently practically applied to Vapiano. The conclusion of each chapter consists of suggestion for improvement. |
