| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analýza příčin zhoršení finanční situace Zemědělského družstva “Vysočina” Želiv v letech 2012 až 2016. Finanční zdraví společnosti je posouzeno prostřednictvím vybraných nástrojů finanční analýzy, na základě kterých jsou identifikovány příčiny zhoršení finanční situace a následně navržena opatření, která by měla vést k řešení zhoršujícího se zdraví společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy týkající se tématu práce a popsány vybrané metody finanční analýzy. Druhá část práce aplikuje metody finanční analýzy na zkoumaný podnik a přináší zhodnocení dosažených výsledků. Ty jsou následně pro lepší vypovídací schopnost porovnány s konkurenčním podnikem a odvětvovým průměrem. Závěr práce přináší shrnutí dosažených výsledků, vyhodnocení aktuální situace ve společnosti a návrh doporučení pro zlepšení finanční situace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to analysis the causes of deterioration of the financial situation of the Agricultural Cooperative "Vysočina" Želiv in the years between 2012 and 2016. The Company's financial health is assessed through selected financial analysis tools, which give us a basis to identify the reasons for the deterioration of the financial situation and subsequently propose measures that should lead to a solution, helping us improve the health of the company. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The first part presents the basic concepts related to the topic of the thesis and described selected methods of the financial analysis. The second part of the thesis applies the methods of financial analysis to the surveyed enterprise and presents the results obtained. These are then compared to a competitive business and an industry average for better reporting ability. The conclusion of the diploma thesis brings a summary of achieved results, an evaluation of the current situation in the company and a proposal for recommendations for improving the financial situation. |
