| Abstract: | Tato práce řeší problém efektivního rozdělení, alokace, sdružování dokládkových zásilek ve vybrané spediční firmě. Hlavním cílem této práce je nalezení nového algoritmu, který by měl demonstrovat případný finanční dopad na výsledky firmy v případě implementování tohoto algoritmu do informačního systémů společnosti. Konkrétně je uvedeno procento, o kolik přibližně klesnou celkové náklady na přepravu dokládkových zásilek. Autor se zaměřuje na konkrétní příklad z praxe a prezentuje reálné výsledky zasilatelů spediční firmy. Zvolený problém je řešen pomocí programu Microsoft Excel a programovacího jazyku Visual Basic. V řešení se vychází z metod, jakou jsou Vehicle Routing Problem nebo Travelling Salesman. Je navrhnuto několik možných přístupů řešení a v závěru vybráno to nejefektivnější. Data nejsou stoprocentně převzata z reálného příkladu, a to z důvodu ochrany údajů spediční firmy. Nicméně jsou dostatečně relevantní, aby mohly reprezentovat konečný výsledek. Finální výsledek algoritmu nejlepšího řešení je srovnán s průměrem výsledků zasilatelů spediční firmy. Případnou implementací vytvořeného algoritmu by se celkové náklady na přepravu dokládkových přeprav zredukovali zhruba o 11,1 %. |

| Abstract: | This thesis solves the problem of effective distribution, allocation, association of shipments in a selected spedition company. The main goal is to find a new algorithm that should demonstrate a new financial impact on company results, in case of implementation of this algorithm into information systems. Specifically, there is a percentage which demonstrates a reduction in the total cost of transporting direct consigments. The author focuses on a concrete example from the practice and presents real results of the employees from the spedition. The selected issue is solved by using Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic programming language. The solution is based on methods such as Vehicle Routing and Traveling Salesman Problems. Several possible approaches to the solution are proposed and eventually the most efficient is selected. Data is fully taken from the real-life example, therefore, for the protection of forwarding company data. However, it is sufficiently relevant to represent final results. Best results are compared to the average of the employees' results. By the eventual creation of the created algorithm, the total transportation costs can be reduced by about 11.1%. |
