| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá koncepcí GRC (Governance, Risk management a Compliance) a jejího využití ve vybraných organizacích. Koncepce je nejprve popsána po jednotlivých komponentách a poté jako celek. Ke každé komponentě jsou uvedeny standardy a frameworky, které jí nějakým způsobem ovlivňují. Poté je popsán model GRC v moderním pojetí.Práce také analyzuje aktuální situaci na trhu s nástroji pro podporu GRC v organizaci. Vybírá ty nejzajímavější a těmi se podrobněji zabývá.Praktickou částí diplomové práce je audit dvou organizací, za účelem prozkoumání jejich úrovně využití koncepce GRC. V průběhu auditu jsou organizace hodnoceny vůči předem stanoveným kritériím, porovnány a jsou pro ně vytvořena doporučení. Doporučení jsou dokumentována ve zprávách auditora, které byly oběma společnostem doručeny po ukončení auditu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on GRC approach (Governance, Risk management and Compliance) and its use in selected organizations. Each of its components is described individually. Then, the thesis takes the holistic view and describes the model as a whole. It also mentions standards and frameworks relevant to each of the GRCs components.The thesis also analyses current state of the market of GRC software tools.The practical part of the diploma paper is focused on conducting an audit of two selected organizations. During the audit, the organizations are assessed with regard to previously established criteria and compared. The auditor‘s reports were sent to the audited organizations. |
