| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce má seznámit čtenáře s implementací 360° zpětné vazby, kde manažer je hodnocen nejen nadřízeným, ale také kolegy, podřízenými a sám sebou. Zabývá se i její implementací a přínosem pro firmu Ypsotec s.r.o. V teoretické části práce není popsána pouze implementovaná 360° zpětná vazba, ale také zpětná vazba obecně. Poukazuje na klady a zápory a popisuje historii a poskytovatele 360° zpětné vazby. Uvádí také srovnání s ostatními nástroji pro lidský rozvoj. V praktické části je samotná implementace 360° zpětné vazby do firmy Ypsotec s.r.o. Předmětem praktické části je analýza zpětné vazby, kterou poskytují manažeři firmy. Analýza byla provedena pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem je zhodnocení a porovnání dvou manažerů firmy v rámci zpětné vazby vůči zaměstnancům firmy. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of bachelor thesis is to describe the implementation of 360° feedback, where manager is rated not only by his superior, but also by his colleagues, subordinates and by himself. The implementation and its benefits for the Ypsotec s.r.o. company is also part of bachelor thesis. In the theoretical part of bachelor thesis is described both the 360° feedback and the general feedback. This part also points to pros and cons of feedback, describes the history and feedback providers and compare the feedback itself with other tools for human development. In the practical part of bachelor thesis is the implementation of 360° feedback itself in the Ypsotec s.r.o. company. The subject of the practical part is the analysis of feedback, which has been provided by the managers of Ypsotec s.r.o. company. Analysis was performed using an anonymous questionnaire. The comparing of two managers of the company as part of feedback to company employees is the output of bachelor thesis. |
