| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na testování založené na rizicích. Jedná se o přístup k řízení testování, který určuje intenzitu testování dané oblasti na základě ohodnocení rizika s ní související.Hlavním cílem této práce je návrh metody řízení testování založené na rizicích a její ověření na reálném projektu. Dílčími cíli je vymezení testování založeného na rizicích a porovnání řízení rizik v projektovém řízení a v oblasti testování softwaru, analýza dostupných technik pro testování založeného na rizicích a jejich vzájemné porovnání dle určených kritérií, návrh metody testování softwaru, která bude vycházet z principů testování založeného na rizicích a praktické ověření navržené metody pomocí aplikace na projekt ve vybrané společnosti.Teoretická část se věnuje obecně rizikům, procesu řízení rizik a také jeho jednotlivým fázím. Definuje také rizika spojená s procesem testování. Velká část je věnována vymezení testování založeném na rizicích, které je popsáno dle dopadu do jednotlivých fází procesu testování. Práce se zabývá také technikami pro analýzu rizik, které jsou při tomto přístupu využívány.Praktická část obsahuje návrh metody řízení testování nazvané MART. Tato metoda je vytvořena pomocí syntézy získaných znalostí při zpracovávání teoretických kapitol, využití základního procesu techniky PRISMA a obecných postupů aplikovaných při řízení testování. Je zde popsán účel metody, její základní principy a podrobně popsány fáze, které jsou doprovázeny kontrolním seznamem. Nakonec je tato metoda aplikována na reálný projekt ve vybrané společnosti a popsány její výhody v porovnání s přístupem, který je ve společnosti aplikovaný nyní. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on Risk-Based Testing. It is a test management approach that determines the intensity of testing for an area based on a risk assessment associated with this area.The main aim of this thesis is to propose a test management method based on risk-based testing and its verification on a real project. The objectives are the definition of risk-based testing and risk management in project management and software testing, analysis of available risk-based testing techniques and their mutual comparison according to specified criteria, proposal of method for software testing based on risk-based testing principles and practical verification of the proposed method by applying to a project in a selected company.The theoretical part deals generally with the risks, the process of risk management as well as its individual phases. It also defines the risks associated with the testing process. A large part is devoted to the definition of risk-based testing, which is described according to the impact on each stage of the testing process. The thesis also deals with the techniques for risk analysis used in this approach.The practical part contains a method for a test management method called MART. This method is created by the synthesis of the acquired knowledge in the processing of theoretical chapters, the use of PRISMA basic process and general procedures applied in a test management. There is described the purpose of the method, its basic principles and detailed phases, which are accompanied by a checklist. Finally, this method is applied to a real project in a selected company and describes its benefits compared to the approach that is applied in the company now. |
