| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je provést analýzu sociokulturního prostředí, které ovlivňuje odvětví velkých pivovarů a následně predikovat další vývoj tohoto odvět-ví a dopady na samotné pivovary. Práce bude více zaměřena na ukazatele sociálního prostředí, díky nimž bude odhadnut vývoj konzumace piva v posledních letech. Rozbor prostředí je proveden pomocí PEST analýzy. První část se zabývá obecným popisem prostředí, které obklopuje organizace a jaký má pro ně význam. Dále popi-suje analýzu vnějšího prostředí, PEST analýzu a jednotlivá prostředí zaměřena na sociální a kulturní. Poté se zabývá samotným vývojem pivovarnictví až do součas-nosti a velkými pivovary na českém trhu. Druhá část obsahuje samotnou analýzu sociálního a kulturního prostředí a následně predikci vývoje odvětví, která bude provedena na základě PEST analýzy. Práce může být přínosná pro velké pivovary díky odhalení nejdůležitějších ukazatelů, které je ovlivňují. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the socio-cultural environment that influences the brewery industry and subsequently to predict the further development of this sector and the impacts on the breweries themselves. The work will focus more on indicators of the social environment, which will help to estimate the development of beer consumption in recent years. Environmental analysis is performed using PEST analysis. The first part deals with the general description of the environment surrounding the organization and its importance. It also describes the analysis of the external environment, PEST analysis and individual environments focused on social and cultural. It then deals with the actual development of brewing to the present day and large breweries on the Czech market. The second part contains the analysis of the social and cultural environment itself and then the prediction of the branch development, which will be based on the PEST analysis. Work can be beneficial to large breweries by revealing the most important indicators that affect them. |
