| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá udržitelností cestovního ruchu na Bali. Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat udržitelnost cestovního ruchu na ostrově Bali, jaká opatření jsou prováděna na ochranu životního prostředí a jaký vliv má stav životního prostředí na cestovní ruch. Kromě tohoto hlavního cíle si diplomová práce klade několik dílčích cílů, a to konkrétněji představit Bali jako destinaci cestovního ruchu, charakterizovat ekonomickou situaci ostrova, popsat předpoklady pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu a dále zhodnotit konkurenceschopnost Bali pomocí SWOT analýzy. Dále je analyzováno téma životního prostředí na Bali a projekty, které se starají o zlepšení životního prostředí a udržitelnosti na ostrově. Na závěr práce je rozebrána situace budoucího rozvoje cestovního ruchu na Bali a jeho udržitelnost. |

| Abstract: | This thesis elaborates on the sustainability of tourism in Bali. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the sustainability of tourism in Bali, what measures are being taken to protect the environment and how the quality of the environment is affecting the tourism industry. In addition to the specific objectives of the thesis, it will present several subobjectives, more specifically to introduce Bali as a tourism destination, characterize the economic situation on the island, describe the prerequisite for tourism development and further assess the competitiveness of Bali through SWOT analysis. It also analyzes the environment issue in Bali and projects that are concerned with improving the environment and sustainability on the island. At the end of the thesis, the situation of the future development of tourism in Bali and its sustainability is analyzed. |
