| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na důchodový systém ČR. První kapitola je čistě teoretického charakteru. Využívá převážně popisné metody a jejím hlavním tématem je systém sociálního zabezpečení. Druhá kapitola poskytuje základní informace o demografických změnách, které mají dopady na důchodový systém. Konkrétně se zabývá světovým trendem stárnutí populace, který má na důchodové systémy největší dopad. V poslední kapitole je charakterizován švédský důchodový systém. Kapitola porovnává systém NDC a český důchodový systém a v závěru polemizuje nad případným zavedením NDC systému v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the Czech pension system. First chapter has complete theorethical character. The chapter uses mainly describing method and its main topic is social security system. The second chapter provides a basic information about demographic changes which influnce a pension system. It specifically focused on the world trend called population aging which has the biggest impact on pensions system. The last chapter characterizes the Sweden pension system. The chapter compares NDC system with the Czech pension system and in the end contemplate about installation of NDC system in Czech republic. |
