| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou udržitelného rozvoje ve vybrané destinaci Ústecký kraj. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit současný stav udržitelného rozvoje cestovního ruchu v Ústeckém kraji a navrhnout doporučení do budoucna.Teoretická část se věnuje historickému vývoji, vymezení pojmů udržitelného rozvoje a organizacím zasahující do této problematiky. Dále definuje udržitelný cestovní ruch a jeho formy. Praktická část charakterizuje Ústecký kraj a uvádí hlavní turistické atraktivity. V práci dochází k analýze strategických dokumentů kraje, které zasahují do udržitelného cestovního ruchu. Dále jsou zmapovány základní formy udržitelného cestovního ruchu. Podstatnou část práce tvoří analýza povědomí o udržitelném rozvoji cestovního ruchu v kraji provedená na základě dotazníkového šetření mezi potencionálními návštěvníky, rezidenty Ústeckého kraje a podnikateli. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the issues of sustainable tourism and development in the Ústí Region. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current state of sustainable tourism in the Ústí Region and to suggest recommendations for future development. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to historical development, definition of sustainable development and the organizations involved in this issue. It further defines sustainable tourism and its forms. The practical part characterizes the Ústí Region and highlights the main tourist attractions. The work analyzes the strategic documents of the region, which interfere with sustainable tourism. A significant portion is dedicated to the analysis of knowledge in sustainable tourism development throughout the region, which is based in response by among potential visitors, residents of the Ústí Region and entrepreneurs. |
