| Abstract: | Cílem práce je prozkoumat a zhodnotit specifika oceňování mezinárodních společností na bázi případové studie – ocenění mezinárodní energetické společnosti E.ON. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, kdy první část práce poskytuje teoretický pohled na oceňování společností, který je poté zasazen do praxe ve druhé části práce prostřednictvím případové studie ocenění vybrané mezinárodní společnosti, která má za cíl ověřit teoretická východiska v reálném procesu ocenění. V rámci případové studie je provedena strategická analýza, finanční analýza, prognóza generátorů hodnoty, sestavení finančního plánu a ocenění společnosti metodou DCF Entity. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my master thesis is to explore and evaluate specifics of the process of international company valuation. The thesis is based on a case study – valuation of the international company E.ON - and is split into two parts. The first chapter gives a theoretical introduction to the company valuation that is later compared with the practical usage of the knowledge in the case study that should test the theoretical knowledge in the real valuation process. The case study contains strategic analysis, financial analysis, prognosis of the value drivers and financial plan and a DCF Entity valuation. |
