| Abstract: | Koncept Industry 4.0 je vysoce aktuálním tématem s předpokládaným celospolečenským dopadem na rozličné aspekty lidské společnosti. Jednou z nejvíce diskutovaných oblastí je dopad na pracovní sílu a zaměstnanost obecně.Cílem práce je analýza dopadů tohoto konceptu na strukturu pracovních sil ve výrobních závodech a také analýza změny požadavků na pracovníky.S nejvyšší pravděpodobností dojde v počáteční fázi ke snížení celkové zaměstnanosti a to nejen v oblasti výrobních závodů, ale celosvětově. Další vývoj, ale jednoznačně dán není. Někteří autoři predikují trvalý nárůst nezaměstnanosti, ale jiní její opětovný pokles. Vývoj zaměstnanosti je determinován nasazovanými technologiemi. V práci jsou identifikovány konkrétní klíčové technologie, implementující základ konceptu a je definován jejich dopad na strukturu a na náplň práce zaměstnanců výrobních firem. |

| Abstract: | The Industry 4.0 concept is a highly actual theme with a supposed overall societal impact on various aspects of human society. One of the most discussed areas is the impact on workforce and employment in general.The aim of the thesis is to analyze the impact of this concept on the structure of the workforce in the manufacturing plants and to analyze the change in the requirements for the workers.Most likely overall employment will be reduced in the initial phase, not only in the manufacturing sector but globally. But the further development is not clear. Some authors predict a final increase in unemployment, but others predict the opposite. Employment trends are determined mainly by currently deployed technologies. The thesis identifies specific key technologies, which implement the base of the concept and predicts impact on the structure and on the content of the work of the employees. |
