| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit silné a slabé stránky zavedení elektronického vzdělávání pro pracovníky ve výrobních firmách jak z hlediska teoretického základu managementu se zaměřením na personální a bezpečnostní management a na management kvality, tak i konkrétního příkladu firmy, ve které byl tento vzdělávací systém zaveden. V návaznosti na získané poznatky obsahuje práce návrh na zlepšení nedostatků systému e-learningu v této konkrétní firmě a jeho možné zefektivnění. |

| Abstract: | This thesis´s target was to evaluate positive and negative aspects of implementation of e-learning as a system of manual workers education in manufacturing companies from the point of view of management theory focused on HR, secuirity and quality management, but also real example of a company like this that has already implemented this system. In connection to acquired knowledge the thesis contains suggestions to improve imperfections in the company´s system and to make it more effective. |
