| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nové úpravy platebních služeb spojenou s transpozicí směrnice Evropského Parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2015/2366, o platebních službách na vnitřním trhu, ze dne 25. listopadu 2015 do české legislativy ve formě zákona č. 370/2017 Sb., o platebním styku. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení, zda se praxe shoduje s právní úpravou. Zda směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2015/2366 plní, co slibuje, tedy především zlepšení postavení spotřebitele a shrnutí změn, které tato směrnice a tím pádem i nový zákon o platebním styku, svou účinností přináší na finanční trh České republiky. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the new regulation of payment services connected with the transposition of Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2015/2366 on payment services in the internal market of 25 November 2015 into the czech legislation in the form of Act No. 370/2017 Coll., on payment system. The aim of this work is to assess whether the practice coincides with the legal regulation. If Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and Council fulfills what it promises, above all, improving the position of the consumer and summarizing the changes that this directive, and thus the new payment law, bring to the financial market of the Czech Republic. |
