| Abstract: | Hlavními cíli práce je zmapování vlivů a odlišností národních kultur na pracovní pro-středí, popsat a prozkoumat, jak zaměstnanci vnímají působení německého managementu a vytvořit soubor doporučení, která budou mít pozitivní dopady na fungování organizačního prostředí. Použité výzkumné metody jsou kvantitativní zpracování dat, které umožňuje jejich následné interpretování. Sběr dat byl prove-den pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Přínosem bakalářské práce je odbourání některých domnělých představ o negativním působení německých manažerů v čes-kém organizačním prostředí, zjištění pozitivních i negativních dopadů na fungování konkrétní organizace a formulování konkrétních návrhů, které pomohou problémy vyřešit, eventuálně rozvinout stávající pozitivní vlivy. |

| Abstract: | The main objectives of the thesis are to map out the influences and differences of national cultures in the work environment, to describe and to examine how employees perceive the influence of German management and to create a set of recommendations that will have a positive impact on the functioning of the organizational environment. The research methods used are quantitative data processing, which allows their subsequent interpretation. Data collection was done using a questionnaire survey. The contribution of the bachelor thesis is to remove some supposed ideas about the negative influence of German managers in the Czech organizational environment, to find positive and negative impacts on the functioning of a specific organization and to formulate specific proposals that will help to solve the problems or eventually to develop the existing positive influences. |
