| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je tvořena teoretickou částí, která se zabývá motivací a konkrétními motivačními teoriemi. Dále je také zde popsáno a vysvětleno vnímání vlastní účinnosti v anglickém originále self-efficacy . V praktické části je představena skupina Bosch, závod Bosch Diesel s.r.o. v Jihlavě a oddělení Industry 4.0/ IT ve výrobě. Téma I4.0 je v práci vysvětleno s implementací v dané firmě. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit úroveň spokojenosti zaměstnanců s konkrétním řešením Industry 4.0, míru využívání aplikace a pocit kompetentnosti k řešení. Výstupem práce je doporučení činností, které je vhodné používat při zavádění i dalších řešení v rámci čtvrté průmyslové revoluce. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical part that deals with motivation and concrete theories of motivation. Furthermore, self-efficacy is described and explained there. In the practical part is introduced group Bosch, plant Bosch Diesel s.r.o. in Jihlava and department of Industry 4.0/ IT in production. Topic I4.0 is explained in the thesis with implementation in the particular company. The aim of bachelor thesis was to find the level of satisfaction with the concrete solution of Industry 4.0, the rate of using application and the feeling of competency to the solution. The output of thesis is a recommendation of activities which are suitable to use by implementation of next solutions of the fourth industrial revolution too. |
