| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na subjektivní pojetí kvality života z pohledu psychologie. Cílem prá-ce je určit, zda existují rozdíly v oblasti hodnocení důležitosti a spokojenosti s faktory ovlivňujícími kvalitu života, které byly rozřazeny do 6 dimenzí: materiálního zabezpe-čení, kulturních možností, rodinné a pracovní oblasti, zdraví, interpersonálních vztahů a základních existenčních momentů mezi respondenty ze ziskového a neziskového sek-toru. Data byla zjišťována pomocí dotazníku DUSIN vypracovaným O. Mikšíkem, na jehož základě respondenti hodnotili celkem 24 faktorů z hlediska významnosti pro vliv na kvalitu života a z hlediska subjektivní spokojenosti s jednotlivými faktory. Pokud respondent hodnotí faktor jako důležitý, ale nepociťuje dostatečnou spokojenost s tímto faktorem, pak dochází k negativnímu vlivu na kvalitu života a je třeba se na tento faktor zaměřit. Poté na základě statistických výpočtů bylo zjišťováno, zda mezi ziskovým a neziskovým sektorem dochází k odlišnostem v hodnocení důležitosti a spokojenosti a zda jsou tyto rozdíly statisticky významné. |

| Abstract: | Thesis focuses on the subjective concept of quality of life from the point of view of psychology. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to determine whether there are differences in the evaluation of importance and satisfaction with factors influencing quality of life which have been divided into 6 dimensions: material security, cultural possibilities, family and work area, health, interpersonal relationships and basic existential moments among respondents from the profitable and non-profit sectors. The data were surveyed using the DUSIN questionnaire prepared by O. Mikšík on the basis of which respondents evaluated a total of 24 factors in terms of significance for impact on quality of life and subjective satisfaction with individual factors. If the respondent assesses the factor as important but does not feel satisfactory with this factor then the quality of life is negatively affected. On the basis of statistical calculations it was determined whether there were differences in the importance and satisfaction of the profit and non-profit sector and whether these differences were statistically significant. |
