| Abstract: | Tématem předkládané diplomové práce je energetická bezpečnost Turkmenistánu. Autorka hledá odpověď na otázku: „Jak by Turkmenistán mohl ovlivnit svou energetickou bezpečnost?“. Dále si autorka pokládá otázku, zda by Turkmenistán mohl ovlivnit energetickou bezpečnost České republiky. První kapitola se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmů bezpečnost a energetická bezpečnost, přičemž poskytuje teoretické ukotvení práce. Druhá kapitola patří již energetické bezpečnosti Turkmenistánu, která je zhodnocena pomocí SWOT analýzy. V poslední, třetí, kapitole je pak zkoumán možný vliv Turkmenistánu na energetickou bezpečnost České republiky. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this diploma thesis is the energy security of Turkmenistan. The author aims to answer the research question: "How could Turkmenistan influence its energy security?". Moreover, the author seeks an answer to whether Turkmenistan could influence the energy security of the Czech Republic. First chapter of the thesis focuses on explaining concepts of security and energy security, providing theoretical framwork. The second chapter is dedicated to the energy security of Turkmenistan evaluated by SWOT analysis. The last, third, chapter examines the possible influence of Turkmenistan on the energy security of the Czech Republic. |
