| Abstract: | Tato práce vymezuje pojem výnosy z trestné činnosti a popisuje metody jejich vyhledání a zajištění. Zabývá se procesem vyhledávání a zajišťování výnosů z trestné činnosti, a to z pohledu platné trestněprávní úpravy. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé způsoby, jakými lze vyhledat a zajistit výnos pocházející z trestné činnosti. V bakalářské práci jsou také zmíněna podstatná související zákonná ustanovení. V poslední části bakalářské práce je také popsána správa zajištěného majetku. |

| Abstract: | This work defines the concept of revenues from criminal activities and describes the methods of finding and securing them. It deals with the process of seeking and securing the revenues from criminal activities from the point of view of the applicable criminal law. Here are described the different ways in which you can find and secure the revenues from criminal activities. The bachelor thesis also mentions the relevant related legal provisions. In the last part of the bachelor thesis is described the managing of secured property. |
