| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na spolupráci mezi bankovními a podnikatelskými firmami. Jejím cílem je vyhodnotit a analyzovat vztah bankovních a podnikatelských institucí a pokusit se odpovědět na otázky současných spekulací o sloučení agentur EGAP, ČEB, CzechTrade a CzechInvest. V první kapitole jsou teoreticky vymezeny instituce podporující export včetně jejich služeb. Další kapitola se věnuje bankovnímu systému ČR, jeho rozdělení, působnosti České národní banky a následnému hodnocení podnikatelského prostředí České republiky, počítaje přínosy podnikání, projekty věnující se podnikatelské aktivitě ČR a závěrem zmíněnou aktivitu analyzuje. V další části práce je detailně rozebrána Exportní strategie ČR pro období 2012-2020, včetně její aktualizované verze z roku 2016, dále jsou zhodnoceny její vize a cíle a na konec je rozebrána otázka sloučení CzechTrade a CzechInvest. Závěrečná část práce se věnuje analýze spolupráce České exportní banky a Exportní garanční a pojišťovací společnosti, jejich dosavadní činnosti, společným projektům a jejich případnému sloučení. |

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on cooperation between banks and business enterprises. It aims to analyze and evaluate relationship between banks and business enterprises and to attempt to answer the question related to current speculations regarding merging of EGAP, ČEB, CzechTrade and CzechInvest agencies. In the first chapter, institutions supporting the export including their services are theoretically defined. Next chapter deals with banking system in the Czech Republic, its division, scope of activity of the Czech National Bank and subsequent evaluation of business environment in the Czech Republic, starting with benefits for the business activities, projects dealing with business activity in the Czech Republic and finally it analyzes this activity. In the next part the Export Strategy of the Czech Republic for the period of 2012-2020 (including its updated 2016 version) is analyzed in detail, its visions and goals are evaluated and finally the issue of merging of CzechTrade and CzechInvest is dealt with. Final part of the paper analyzes cooperation between Czech Export Bank and Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation, their existing activities, common projects and their eventual fusion. |
