| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu na založení baby friendly kavárny v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvořit reálný podnikatelský plán, na jehož základě bude možné zhodnotit reálnost a životaschopnost daného záměru. Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části, a sice část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku vybrané podnikatelské oblasti a strukturu podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na vypracování konkrétního podnikatelského plánu, který se zcela opírá o výsledky vlastních šetření a analýz. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on setting up a business plan to establish a baby friendly café in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The main aim of the thesis is to create the realistic business plan that will allow to evaluate the viability of the project. This bachelor thesis consists of two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is focused on a characteristic of chosen business area and a structure of business plan. The practical part of the thesis is focused on elaboration of the concrete business plan, which is based on detailed analysis. |
