| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o nových trendech v letecké přepravě se zaměřením na nízkonákladové aerolinky. Cílem práce je dokázat, zda má tento typ společnosti uplatnění na evropském trhu letecké přepravy. V první kapitole se věnuji historii letecké dopravy, organizacím IATA a ICAO a jednotlivým typům leteckých společností. Druhá kapitola je o současném stavu letecké přepravy v Evropě a jsou zde představeny společnosti Ryanair a Aer Lingus jakožto zástupci dvou různých koncepcí leteckých společností. Ve třetí kapitole jsou pak tyto srovnávány dle dat z výročních zpráv. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována spotřebitelským preferencím a možným rizikům pro leteckou přepravu v budoucnu. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is new trends in air transport, aimed more closely at low-cost carriers. Its aim is to prove, whether this type of carrier has a place in the European air transport market or not. The first chapter is about the history of air transport, the organizations IATA and ICAO and also about the different kinds of carriers. The second chapter is about the current state of air transport in the European market and the companies Ryanair and Aer Lingus are introduced here. In the third chapter those companies are being compared based on data from their annual reports. The fourth chapter is dedicated to customer preferences and possible risks for air transport in the future. |
