| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mezinárodním obchodem s kávou se zaměřením na výběrovou kávu. Cílem práce je popsat všechny části kávového dodavatelského řetězce nejenom z teoretického hlediska, ale i toho praktického. První kapitola obsahuje obecná biologická fakta o kávovníku a jeho druzích, dále pak jak je káva pěstována, zpracovávána a připravována k exportu. V druhé kapitole jsou charakterizování jednotliví exportéři a importéři kávy, a také světové organizace, které k mezinárodnímu obchodu s kávou neodmyslitelně patří. Třetí kapitola je pojatá jako praktická část této bakalářské práce, jelikož obsahuje rozhovory s pražírnami, které nakupují zelená zrna pomocí přímého obchodu. Poslední kapitola jedná o udržitelnosti kávového průmyslu. Práce je uspořádána tak, aby čtenáři dala přehled o tom, jak funguje mezinárodní obchod s kávou. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the international coffee trade with a focus on speciality coffee. The aim of the thesis is to describe all parts of the coffee supply chain not only from the theoretical point of view, but also from the practical point of view. The first chapter contains general biological facts about coffee and its species, as well as how coffee is grown, processed and prepared for export. The second chapter describes the individual exporters and importers of coffee, as well as world organizations that are inherently involved in international coffee trade. The third chapter is conceived as a practical part of this bachelor thesis, because it contains interviews with roasteries that buy green beans through direct trade. The last chapter deals with the sustainability of the coffee industry. The work is organized to give readers an overview of how the international coffee trade works |
