| Abstract: | Nutnou podmínkou pro řízení maloobchodního prodeje jsou informace o aktuálním provozu na skladě, respektive o vývoji v dílčích fázích procesu zpracování prodávaného zboží. Požadavek na aktuální data, která jsou nezbytná pro schopnost řídících zaměstnanců se správ-ně rozhodovat, je možné saturovat monitoringem jednotlivých produkčních oblastí doplněným reportingem obsahujícím ucelený přehled o současném vývoji. V rámci této práce je dokumentován vývoj dashboardů reagující na výše uvedenou potřebu. Proces implementace dashboardů koresponduje s postupy uvedenými metodologií CRISP-DM a především vyhovuje best practices pro konstrukci dashboardů, jejichž ucelený pře-hled je v této práci k dispozici. Práce se také věnuje výběru nejvhodnějšího řešení splňující-ho požadavky retailového skladu. Realtime reporting, který je výsledkem celého projektu, je realizován v BI nástroji Tableau doplněným o vlastní komponenty zajištující automatickou obnovu dat a možnost paralelní-ho přístup k dashboardům bez zatížení Tableau serveru. |

| Abstract: | An indispensable part of a retail sales management is the information about the current operations in the warehouse; more precisely, the information about individual stages of the processed goods. Requirements for up-to-date data, which are essential for high-quality decision making of managers, can be fulfilled by monitoring individual production areas supplemented by reporting containing an overview of the current situation.This diploma thesis clarifies the development of dashboards reacting to the above-mentioned issue. The implementation process of dashboards corresponds with the CRISP-DM methodology; moreover, meets the best practices for dashboard design. The overview of best practices is also available in the thesis. Furthermore, this work focuses on the selec-tion of the most suitable solution, meeting the requirements of the retail store.Realtime reporting, being the aim of the whole project, is realized in BI tool Tableau com-plemented by custom components for automatic data refresh and the possibility of parallel access to dashboards with minimal Tableau load. |
