| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analyzovat fungování ve společnosti Umělecké kovářství Fučík & Skála, zjistit požadavky na IT ze strany zástupců společnosti a navrhnout IT řešení, které dokáže efektivně podpořit procesy společnosti a zároveň bude uspokojovat zjištěné požadavky. Pro dosažení cíle je nezbytné začít charakteristikou tržního prostředí uměleckého kovářství a charakteristikou společnosti. Dále bude potřeba analyzovat fungování společnosti Umělecké kovářství Fučík & Skála a charakterizovat klíčové procesy. Následně bude nutné analyzovat požadavky na IT.Po analýze procesů a požadavků proběhne v návaznosti na zjištěné požadavky analýza trhu a výběr vhodného řešení IT podpory. To bude v závislosti na povaze řešení buď přímo implementováno ve společnosti, nebo bude doporučen další postup, případně výběr konkrétní dodavatelské firmy. Posledním krokem pak bude doporučení dalších možných IT prostředků pro zkvalitnění a zjednodušení práce společnosti Umělecké kovářství Fučík & Skála. Výstupem práce bude buď implementované řešení IT podpory, nebo zadání, které společnosti může posloužit jako zadání pro dodavatelkou firmu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyse the running of the company Umělecké kovářství Fučík & Skála, furthermore to find out the requirements for IT by the representatives of the company and to propose an IT solution which can not only effectively support processes of the company but also meet the discovered requirements.To reach the goal it is necessary to begin with a characteristic of the market environment of the artistic smithery and with a characteristic of the company. Moreover, it is essential to analyse the running of the company Umělecké kovářství Fučík & Skála and to define the crucial processes. Afterwards, it is imperative to analyse the requirements for IT. After the analysis of the processes and the requirements, the analysis of the market and the choice of the suitable solution of the IT support is discussed. According to the character of the solution, it is either used directly in the company or another method or the choice of a concrete supplying company are recommended. The last step is to recommend other possible means of IT for the improvement and the simplification of work of the company Umělecké kovářství Fučík & Skála. The final part of the thesis will be either the used solution of the IT support or the assignment that the company can use as a placing for the supplying company. |
