| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce na téma “Umělecký výkon a jeho právní ochrana” je zjistit, jak jsou výkonní umělci a jejich umělecké výkony chráněné dle právního řádu ČR. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V úvodu je vymezen cíl, struktura a metody zkoumání práce. Následuje stručný historický vývoj právní úpravy a vymezení základních pramenů práva výkonných umělců. Další část práce se zabývá rozborem práv výkonných umělců v rámci systému práva duševního vlastnictví. Dále následuje kapitola věnovaná užití uměleckého výkonu a kolektivní správě práv. Závěr teoretické části práce se věnuje prostředkům ochrany práv výkonných umělců. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na právní aspekty organizace festivalu za účasti výkonných umělců. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis “Performing arts and its legal protection” is to find out how performing artists and their performances are protected under the Czech legal system. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the introduction, the goal, structure and methods of work research are defined. The historical development and sources of the rights of performers follow. The analysis of the rights of performers in the Intellectual Property Rights system is another part of the work. The following chapter deals with the use of artistic performance and collective administration of copyrights. Finally, tools for the protection of the rights of performers are analyzed. The practical part deals with the legal aspects of organizing the festival with the participation of performers. |
