| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o leadershipu v projektovém managementu. Práce má několik cílů, které jsou představeny nejen v teoretické části práce, ale i v její praktické části. Cílem práce je na základě provedeného výzkumu identifikovat problematické oblasti vedení týmů a prozkoumat, zda problematické oblasti souvisejí s typem metodiky použitým pro vedení týmu a navrhnout opatření pro řešení problematických oblastí. Dalším cílem práce je ověření, zda existují rozdíly v týmové práci projektových týmů a přístupů k vedení použitého typu metodik. První část práce je zaměřena na psychologii a management se zaměřením na fungování týmu a typologii osobnosti. V druhé části je charakterizována osobnost leadera a jeho odlišnosti od manažera, pojem leadership a jeho teorie a styly. V třetí části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy projektového řízení a popsány tradiční a agilní metodiky řízení projektů. Praktická část se věnuje provedení a vyhodnocení průzkumu současného stavu projektového řízení a fungování týmu z dvou pohledů, projektových manažerů a členů projektového týmu. Na základě provedeného šetření jsou identifikovány problémy, které jsou následně řešeny a jsou podkladem pro identifikaci projektového manažera v pozici leadera a týmové práce na projektech řízených tradičními a agilními projektovými metodikami. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on leadership in project management. It has several objectives which are introduced not only in the theoretical part of the thesis but also in its practical part. The aim of this work is to identify problematic areas of the team management based on the conducted research and to examine whether the problematic areas are related to the type of methodology used for team management and also to propose measures for solving the problematic areas. Another aim of the thesis is to verify whether there are any differences in the teamwork of the project teams and approaches to managing projects depending on the methodologies used. The first chapter focuses on psychology and management, especially on teamwork and typology of personality. The second chapter characterizes the personality of a leader, differences between leaders and managers, the concept of leadership and its theories and styles. The third part defines the basic terms of the project management and describes the traditional and agile methodologies of the project management. The practical part is devoted to the implementation and evaluation of the current state of the project management and the functioning of the team from two perspectives, project managers and members of the project team. Based on the conducted research, the problems were identified and subsequently solved. The identified problems also create a basis for identification of a project manager as a leader and a teamwork on projects managed with traditional and agile project methodologies. |
