| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí veřejných financí České republiky. Konkrétním cílem je analyzovat státní příjmy a výdaje v letech 1993, 1998, 2003, 2008, 2013 a 2014 a porovnat je se závěrečnými účty státního rozpočtu. Druhým cílem práce je zjistit změny ve struktuře analyzovaných rozpočtů, identifikovat důležité strukturální problémy daných struktur státních příjmů a výdajů a analyzovat jejich současné i možné budoucí dopady na Českou republiku. Metodikou použitou při vypracování této práce je analýza sekundárních kvantitativních dat aplikováním vhodných statistických metod. Jedná se především o vertikální a horizontální analýzu těchto dat. Podkladem pro analýzu strukturálních problémů veřejných financí ČR je široká škála aktuální a relevantní literatury, zahrnující jak odborné knihy, tak odborné články. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the area of public finance of the Czech Republic. The specific objective is to analyze state revenues and expenditures in years 1993, 1998, 2003, 2008, 2013 and 2014 and compare them with final accounts of the state budget. The second objective is to determine changes in the structure of the analyzed budgets, identify important structural problems of the structures of state revenues and expenditures and to analyze their current and possible future effects on the Czech Republic. The methodology used in the preparation of this thesis is an analysis of secondary quantitative data by applying appropriate statistical methods. It is essentially a vertical and horizontal analysis of these data. The basis for the analysis of the structural problems of public finances of the Czech Republic is a wide range of current and relevant literature, including both professional books and scholarly articles. |
