| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis is focused on the situation on start-up arena nowadays. It explains the process of creation and development of start-ups, funding process including types and possibilities of getting a funding. The overview of current trends in start-ups shows that nowadays not only the main spheres of start-ups change but also the organization of a start-up. The main focus is on the bachelor thesis is to identify critical factors and main drivers of success which are first identified by gaining knowledge from experts and statistics in theoretical part and proving them using case studies. The bachelor thesis includes the overview and comparison of environmental conditions for start-ups in 3 European countries: Czech Republic, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. The comparison is made to show the opportunities for start-ups in the selected countries and to prove the importance of start-up ecosystem as a critical factor. |

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zkoumaní situaci na start-up scéně v dnešní době. Práce vysvětluje proces vzniku a rozvoje start-upů, proces financování, včetně druhů a možnosti získání finančních prostředků. Přehled současných trendů ve start-upech ukazuje, že v dnešní době není pouze hlavní oblasti start-upů mění, ale také organizace start-upů. Hlavní zaměření bakalářské práce je identifikovat kritické faktory a hlavní faktory úspěchu, které jsou nejprve identifikovány pomoci získávání znalostí od odborníků z literatury a statistiky v teoretické části a dokázat jejich pomocí případové studie. Bakalářská práce obsahuje přehled a srovnání podmínek prostředí pro start-upy ve 3 Evropských zemích: České Republice, Nizozemsku a Spojeném Království. Cílem srovnání je ukázat příležitosti pro start-upy ve vybraných zemích a dokázat význam start-upového ekosystému jako kritického faktoru. |
