| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dědickým právem jako takovým a posléze se podrobněji soustředí na vydědění nepominutelného dědice. Cílem práce je podrobněji seznámit čtenáře s problematikou vydědění, zhodnotit důvody k němu vedoucí a rozebrat možnou obranu nepominutelného dědice před vyděděním. Pomocí praktických příkladů je zde demonstrováno, že důvody vydědění jsou často sporné a musí být posuzovány v souvisejícím kontextu. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis deals with the inheritance law in general and later focuses more deeply on the disinheritance of the protected heir. The goal of the thesis is to acquaint the reader with the disinheritance in more detail, to evaluate the reasons supporting the disinheritance and to analyse possible defense of the protected heir against it. Finally, practical cases are presented to demonstrate, that the reasons are often controversial and that they must be considered in a context. |
