| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce je zhodnocení marketingové komunikační strategie logistické společnosti DHL, kdy definuji její komunikační kanály a způsoby jejich využití. Obsahem první a druhé kapitoly je teoretický pohled na marketing. Třetí kapitola pojednává o samotné společnosti DHL od jejího vzniku až do současnosti a jejím marketingovým mixem. Poslední kapitola je zaměřená na marketingovou komunikaci společnosti DHL, spolu s využitím dotazníků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my diploma thesis is to evaluate the marketing communication strategy of logistics company DHL, defining its communication channels and ways of using them. The content of the first and second chapter is a theoretical view of marketing. The third chapter deals with DHL itself, from its inception to the present and its marketing mix. The last chapter focuses on DHL's marketing communication, along with the use of a questionnaire. |
