| Abstract: | Pokračující globalizace a digitalizace se promítá do všech sfér života občanů České republiky a nevyhýbá se ani oblasti veřejné správy. Tento aktuálně probíhající dynamický vývoj je dán úrovní dosaženého technologického pokroku zejména v oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií, které se stávají masově dostupné, umožňují procesy ve společnosti zefektivnit a přinášejí zcela nové možnosti. Na moderní a dobře fungující služby e-Governmentu lze pohlížet jako na kapitál, který může Česká republika nabídnout a využít pro svůj další úspěšný hospodářský rozvoj a na cestě ke své prosperitě. |

| Abstract: | The ongoing globalization and digitization is reflected in all spheres of life of the citizens of the Czech Republic and also concerns the sphere of public administration. This current dynamic development is influenced by the achieved level of technological progress, especially in the area of information and communication technologies, which are becoming widely available, enabling processes in society to become more efficient and bringing new opportunities. Modern and well-functioning e-Government services can be seen as the capital that the Czech Republic can offer and use for its further successful economic development and its prosperity. |
