| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí – teoretické a praktické části. V teoretickém úvodu jsou vymezeny základní pojmy. Následující kapitoly obsahují pohledy na nezaměstnanost, typy nezaměstnanosti, právní úpravu, ohrožené skupiny, politiku zaměstnanosti a vývoj českého trhu práce. V praktické části je provedena analýza nezaměstnanosti v Plzeňském kraji a blíže je popsána aktuální situace v druhé největším městě kraje, a to v Klatovech. Závěrečná část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření a shrnutí hypotéz. |

| Abstract: | The Master thesis deals with the issue of the unemployment. This Thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical introduction defines the basic terms. The following chapters describe views on unemployment, types of unemployment, legal regulations, vulnerable population groups, labour policy and the development of the Czech labor market. The practical part analyzes unemployment in Pilsen region and describes the current situation in the second largest city of the region – Klatovy. The final part consists of two topics. Firstly, an analysis of the survey, secondly an analysis of hypothesis summaries. |
