| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat ekonomickou situaci ve Rwandě od genocidy po současné období. Práce je rozdělena na tři kapitoly. První kapitola je převážně historická a popisuje události, které vedly ke vzniku genocidy a následně i události genocidy samotné. Druhá kapitola nejprve analyzuje ekonomickou situaci v roce 1995 a poté popisuje a vyhodnocuje vládní strategie a reformy na snížení chudoby a zlepšení ekonomiky v období od roku 1995 až 2006. Třetí kapitola navazuje na druhou a dále se věnuje strategiím a reformám vlády v období 2006 až do současnosti. Tato poslední kapitola je zakončena současnou analýzou ekonomické situace. V závěru shrnuje nejdůležitější aspekty jednotlivých reforem a strategií a zhodnocuje největší úspěchy rwandské ekonomiky za posledních 24 let. |

| Abstract: | Main aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze economic situation of Rwanda after genocide till today. Thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first one is mainly historical and it describes events that led to the genocide and also the events of the genocide itself. Second chapter analyzes economic situation in 1995 and then it describes and evaluates government’s strategies and reforms to reduce poverty and to improve economic situation during the period from 1995 to 2006. The last third chapter continues with description and evaluation of strategies but it focuses on period from 2006 to this this day. Then it contains a short analysis of current economic situation to compare it with results from 1995. At the end it summarizes the most important aspects of reforms and strategies to select the greatest achievements of Rwandan economy in the past 24 years. |
